Fermented

Our kombucha spends 30+ days in primary fermentation. The longer it spends, the more sugar is consumed, the more detoxifying acids are produced, and the more Zesty and functional it becomes.

Aged

The brew spends its final days finishing in large oak tanks, called foeders. The oak-aging process imparts a warm, smooth, and sweet character that balances the dry and tart flavors developed during our uniquely long fermentation stage.

Infused

Last but not least, heaps of organic fruits, hand-picked herbs, worldly spices, adaptogenic roots, and fresh, house-pressed juices are added to create delicious flavor blends that are as flavorful as they are functional.
